Puck's Retreat B&B is located on our 15 acre smallholding on the Cotswolds doorstep in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Surrounded by fields on all sides it would be hard to find a more relaxing and scenic place to sit on the private deck and watch the wildlife go about their daily business. We have 1 x large double room in your own private 'wing' of the house. This includes your own entrance, bedroom, shower room, breakfast area and outside seating area. This means you can enjoy your stay in your own private space. We also have plenty of secure off road parking. 

We couldn't be better placed for you to explore all the area has to offer. Please see our Things to Do & See in the Area tab for a comprensive list with links to their websites for further information.

On the North Cotswolds side you will find historic towns and villages such as:

Chipping Campden (20mins), Bourton-on-the-Water (30mins), Stow-on-the-Wold (25 mins), Broadway (30 mins)

.......whilst in the other direction you can explore:

Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon (20 mins), Warwick Castle (25 mins)

Tredington is our closest village, where you can find a historic church with the tallest spire in Warwickshire as well as bullet marks in the front door left over from the civil war.  The local pub is called The Lion, and you can walk there in about 10mins.

On the other side of us we have the lovely historic market town of Shipston-on-Stour (a 2 min drive), known as the cornerstone to the Cotswolds. With its pubs, restaurants, shops etc. Shipston will have everything you need to fuel you for a day of exploring.  There is a footpath all the way from us to Shipston so it is possible to walk there as well if you wish.  

For those of you who would like to enjoy a walk, or visit some historic properties and gardens, there is Hidcote Manor Garden (17 mins), Batsford Aboretum (20 mins), Compton Verney (12 mins), Snowshill Manor & Gardens (30 mins)  as well as some lovely long walks at Broadway Tower etc.

We are not far from the 102 mile Cotswold Way and the 240km Shakespeare's Way, which runs from Stratford-upon-Avon to the Globe Theatre in London.  In your room you will find some maps and suggestions for some nearby walks.  

If you are looking for outdoor activities and exercise, we have the Shipston Leisure Centre for gym and swimming, plenty of golf courses, horse riding and even paddle boarding at Spot on Wake (35 mins)
